Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lucky Cluck Games, operated by Alex Rogers (“Lucky Cluck Games,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares information when you play our games, including Creature Colosseum (the “Game”), and when you visit luckycluckgames.com or playcreaturecolosseum.com (the “Website”). Together we call these the “Services.”

1. Summary
- We collect what we need to run your account, save your progress and stats, and host online matches.
- We use Unity Gaming Services (by Unity Technologies) to provide accounts, cloud saves, online play and analytics.
- No ads. We do not show third-party advertising and we do not sell your personal information.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time: see Delete Account.
2. Information we collect
Account information
- Account identifiers: a Unity player ID created for your account, plus the IDs of any sign-in methods you link.
- Username and password sign-in: if you create a username and password, your username is stored by Unity Authentication. Your password is handled by Unity Authentication; we never see or store it in plain text.
- Sign in with Apple, Google or Discord: if you use one of these, the provider confirms your identity and shares an account identifier with us through Unity Authentication. Depending on the provider and your choices, it may also share basic profile information such as a display name or email address. We use this only to sign you in and link your account.
- Guest accounts: you may be able to play with an anonymous account tied to your device until you link a sign-in method.
Game information
- Player name that you choose, which other players can see.
- Gameplay stats and match history: wins, losses, Arena runs, damage and healing totals, creatures and weapons used, favorite teams and combos, and similar statistics.
- Online game data: the state and moves of real-time and asynchronous (24-hour) online matches, matchmaking and challenge requests, and friends or opponent lists used to start games.
- Settings and saves stored in the cloud so they follow you between devices.
Device and diagnostic information
Unity Gaming Services and the Unity engine may automatically collect device and diagnostic information, such as device model, operating system and version, app version, language and region, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, session times, performance data, and crash or error reports. Through Unity Analytics we receive gameplay events (for example, matches started and finished) to understand how the Game is played and to fix problems. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before analytics data is collected, and you can withdraw it.
Information you send us
If you email support or send a bug report, we receive your email address and whatever you include (for example, screenshots or a description of the problem).
Purchases
The Game does not currently sell anything. In the future we may offer in-app purchases of Crowns, a virtual currency, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. If so, payment is processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your full payment card details. We receive a record of the purchase (such as a transaction ID, the item bought and its status) so we can deliver the item.
Website
The Website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses and request logs) to deliver and protect the site.
3. How we use information
- To create and secure your account and let you sign in on multiple devices.
- To save your progress, stats and settings.
- To run online features: matchmaking, real-time and 24-hour async games, challenges and friends.
- To show your player name and stats to you and, where the feature calls for it, to other players.
- To understand how the Game is used, fix bugs, improve balance and performance.
- To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse, and to enforce our Terms.
- To respond to support requests and send important service messages.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example, in the EEA or UK), we rely on performing our contract with you (providing the Game), our legitimate interests (security, improvement, fraud prevention), your consent (where required, such as for certain analytics), and legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers who run the Services for us, chiefly Unity Technologies (Authentication, Cloud Save, Cloud Code, multiplayer services, Analytics) and Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding).
- Sign-in providers you choose to use: Apple, Google and Discord, under their own privacy policies.
- App stores (Apple, Google, and on desktop any store we distribute through) for downloads, testing programs such as TestFlight, and purchases.
- Other players, who can see your player name, in-match actions and, where shown in the Game, stats.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of players, us or others.
- Business transfers: if Lucky Cluck Games is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this Policy.
5. Data retention
We keep account and game data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep some records longer for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons. Aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer identify you may be kept. Our service providers may keep backups for a limited period under their own retention schedules.
6. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account: follow the steps on Delete Account or email [email protected].
- Access or correct: you can change your player name in the Game, and you can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it.
- Analytics: where offered, you can opt out of or withdraw consent for analytics in the Game’s settings, or by contacting us.
- Unlink sign-in providers through the provider (for example, Apple ID settings, your Google Account, or Discord’s Authorized Apps).
Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, UK, California or other US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to appeal our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. To make a request, email [email protected]; we may need to verify that the account is yours. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use the security protections of Unity Gaming Services and our other providers, including encrypted connections, and we limit access to data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses used by our providers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell you in the Game or on the Website.
